Do you need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
No referral is needed to see a physiotherapist. If you do have a letter from your GP or specialist, please bring it along with you to your appointment.
Do you have HICAPS?
Of course! You can claim your fees on the spot, and pay the gap (if any) with your EFTPOS, VISA or MASTERCARD card. Cash is also accepted.
How long are your consultations?
An initial appointment will take 30-40 minutes. Lily will thoroughly assess your condition and discuss your diagnosis and treatment options.
A standard consultation is 30 minutes. You can request an extended consultation if you have two or more injuries to seek treatment for.
Pilates 1 on 1 session is 30 minutes long. 1 on 2 sessions are available if you would like to do Pilates with your partner, friend or a family member!
What should I expect from my consultation?
