Do you need a referral to see a physiotherapist?

No referral is needed to see a physiotherapist. If you do have a letter from your GP or specialist, please bring it along with you to your appointment.

Do you have HICAPS?

Of course! You can claim your fees on the spot, and pay the gap (if any) with your EFTPOS, VISA or MASTERCARD card.

How long are your consultations?

An initial appointment will take 30-40 minutes. Lily will thoroughly assess your condition and discuss your diagnosis and treatment options.

A standard consultation is 20 minutes. You can request an extended consultation if you have two or more injuries to seek treatment for.

Pilates 1 on 1 session is 30 minutes long. 1 on 2 sessions are available if you would like to do Pilates with your partner, friend or a family member!

What should I expect from my consultation?

A comprehensive assessment of your injury or concern, an explanation of your diagnosis and a detailed plan of treatment and management. Lily is a thorough and caring professional who will do everything she can to help your recovery.

Do you take WorkCover, TAC, DVA or Chronic Disease Management Plan patients?

Yes, please bring the relevant paper work and claim number to your initial appointment. There is a gap fee for all third party compensable patients. Patients are liable to pay for their consultations in full until their claim has been confirmed from the relevant insurance/third party involved. Thereafter, they only have to pay the gap fee (which will vary from $30-$50 approximately).
